SA Warranties and ANZA MOTORS are pleased to introduce to you SA DriveCare, a totally new programme specially developed with you and your family in mind.

SA DriveCare Assistance Programme includes Roadside Assistance and/or Car Hire whereby you can select the assistance programme most suited to your needs.

We wish you and your family many years of happy motoring.

Emergency Roadside Assistance :

Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the RSA for all vehicles nominated to the SA Drive Care Assistance Programme.

SA Warranties has entered into an agreement with Izinga Acess (Pty) Ltd to offer you the following benefits in the event of a Roadside Emergency.

  • Towing:

    In the event of a mechanical or electrical breakdown of the nominated SA DriveCare vehicle, SA DriveCare will arrange and pay for the towing of the vehicle to the nearest approved dealer or competent repairer.

    In the event of an accident damage rendering the nominated SA DriveCare vehicle undriveable, SA DriveCare will arrange and pay for the initial towing to the nearest repair centre. Any subsequent towing or storage will be for the members accounts.

  • Relay of messages to family or business associates.

  • Roadside Assistance :

    Changing of flat tyre - We will arrange to change your flat tyre.

    Assistance in the event of flat battery away from home - We will assist in having your vehicle started. (Limited to 2 calls per year)

    Run out of fuel - We will arrange delivery of 10 litres of fuel in the event of you running out of fuel. (Limited to 2 calls per year)

Car Hire Benefit :

In the event of a breakdown or accident, car hire will be arranged for you with a recognized car hire company up to the limit of R 1 500 per annum. SA DriveCare will not be liable for any car hire expense in the event of this benefit being covered under any existing warranty or insurance policy.

Arranging a rented vehicle for you is subject to you qualifying for a rental vehicle in terms of the car rental companies' general terms and conditions. All Car Rental companies require a valid credit card to be able to release the vehicle to you.

The availability of a rental vehicle depends on the business hours of the car rental company, and after-hour requests might only be activated the next morning.

Where the Car Rental Company recoups all costs directly from your credit card, you are entitled to submit the invoice to us for re-imbursement.

You must submit your invoice for re-imbursement directly to SA Warranties. The benefit is only applicable in the event of a mechanical breakdown or accident. In this instance proof of the actual breakdown or accident will be required.
